Your Role in Corrective Exercises and Rehabilitation Programs

March 23, 2015

What is YOUR role in Corrective Exercises and Rehabilitation Programs.

At Berry Chiropractic we teach our patients specific exercises to help strengthen and correct their own unique problem. As each patient requires an individual approach "blue print" exercises, we also teach our patients the importance of recognizing when they are feeling uncomfortable during the corrective exercise or tired, so they may know when to stop and take a break. Safety First!

Patients with similar injuries performing the same exercise can experience a different level of tolerance. Therefore it is your role and responsibilty to act on your feeling of discomfort or fatique when performing rehabilatation and corrective exercise and speak up, take a break and rest.

At Berry Chiropractic Center Our Goal Is For You To:

Move Better Feel Better Live Better
